New Program Installer and Change of Terminology

To simplify the installation of the program, we have compressed the two separate installers of the client and server module into one. Now the installer will guide you through the installation process for easier start-up.

The names of the modules of the program have changed too. The client module that is installed at workstations becomes the Outlook Add-in, while the server module that is responsible for exchanging Outlook data becomes the Syncing Master.
